All bookings require a minimum stay of 30 consecutive days, as required by Thai law for coliving facilities. However, please contact us if you're interested in a different stay duration, and we'll see what we can arrange.

Rates vary by season and number of guests. We offer daily and monthly rates for 1 or 2 guests in EUR. Daily rates range from 31-54€ per day (1 guest) or 35-54€ per day (2 guests). Monthly rates range from 950-1,500€ per month (1 guest) or 1,050-1,600€ per month (2 guests), depending on the season and suite. Bookings are made via WhatsApp, LINE, or email. Please contact us to check availability and confirm your booking details.

If your suite can be rebooked, you'll receive a refund minus a 55 EUR admin fee. Otherwise, bookings are non-refundable. You're also welcome to transfer or reschedule once, depending on season and availability.

All suites feature private en-suite bathrooms, king-size beds, air conditioning (or eco-friendly fans), high-speed Wi-Fi, personal workspace, safe, basic toiletry, and kettle with coffee & tea. You'll also have access to our shared infinity pool, lush garden, fully equipped premium kitchen, co-working area, and parking. Linens and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towel).

No meals included, but we love spontaneous shared dinners or beach picnics. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the best local restaurants are a short walk away.

Yes, we can arrange airport pickup for 600 THB (cash payment). Please let us know your arrival details in advance so we can coordinate.

THE VISTA (36m², second floor): Panoramic ocean views with elevated serenity. THE FLOW (36m², first floor): Light-filled with ocean views, private terrace, and high ceilings. THE HAVEN (41 sqm, ground floor): Direct garden access with private terrace, grounded tranquility. All suites are private, designed for 1-2 guests maximum, with shared access to the kitchen, pool, and garden.
